However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately.

As your custom bracelet is crafted specifically for you, it is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective. We believe that when you wear a piece you helped design, you will feel a unique connection that mass-produced jewelry simply cannot replicate.
