Production Time
Because each Creapiece item is a personalized custom DIY creation, every piece is handcrafted especially for you after your order is placed.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to select materials, assemble your piece, and perform strict quality checks.
During peak promotional seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Timeline
As soon as your custom item is completed and passes quality inspection, it will be dispatched immediately. Standard Shipping takes approximately 7-15 calendar days.
We recommend planning your purchases accordingly, especially if you are buying time-sensitive gifts.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every piece of jewelry designed through our DIY Customizer is custom-made to your exact specifications.
Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly offer flexible solutions, including exchanges or store credit.
To qualify for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn, brand-new condition.
For non-customized, finished products, including Curator's Choice Collections, we accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.
Ready-to-wear items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unscratched, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear, high-quality photographs showing the damage or defect.
Once verified by our team, we will immediately arrange a free replacement for you.
Cancellations & Modifications
You may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify or cancel it free of charge.
After this window, your order officially enters the production phase. If you wish to cancel after this point, please use our Photo Preview Service to review your item before it ships.
