Are your crystals real? Why do they have marks inside?
Creapiece works with natural gemstones and crystal beads. Inclusions, tiny clouds, mineral lines, color bands, and surface texture are normal signs of natural material rather than defects. We avoid using material that is cracked, unsafe to wear, or clearly below our catalog standard.
Why do beads look slightly different in size or color?
Natural stones vary from bead to bead, especially across different sizes and batches. Product images and designer previews are a close guide, but the finished bracelet may show small differences in tone, translucency, pattern, and bead profile. That variation is part of the handmade result.

Craftsmanship & Timeline
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most custom bracelets need time for material checking, bracelet assembly, quality review, packing, and shipping. You can review current production and delivery notes on the shipping page before checkout.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Custom pieces are made after the order is confirmed, so there may be a production window before the package moves. If your order includes uncommon materials, large bead sizes, or a detailed layout, the studio may need extra time to confirm the result before shipment.

Sizing & Care
How do I measure my wrist correctly?
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the wrist where you want the bracelet to sit, then compare it with the fit estimate in the designer. If you are between sizes, use the size guide to decide whether you prefer a snug, comfortable, or loose fit.
How should I care for my bracelet?
Keep your bracelet away from perfume, lotion, pools, hot baths, and heavy impact. Wipe it gently after wear and store it dry. Metal accents can naturally change tone over time, especially when exposed to moisture or chemicals.

What is your return policy for custom designs?
Because custom bracelets are made from your selected layout, returns may differ from ready-made items. Please review the returns page before checkout, especially if your order includes personalized sizing or a saved design arrangement.
What if there is a quality issue?
Email us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We will review whether the concern is related to craftsmanship, material condition, shipping damage, or natural variation, then follow up with the next step.
